Instance settings

You have the following options:

Environment	Defines the application name displayed next to the logo in the header
Maximum file size in MB	Defines the maximum file size per file to be uploaded
List of allowed file types	Allow list of file types. The files with the file extensions shown in this list are accepted by the system Notice The settings are valid for the USU Portal. Please synchronize the values with the connected systems. If the values in the connected systems are contradictory, the upload function may not work. Enter the desired file extension into the text field and click Add. Delete a file type with the .
Customize external host allowlist	To create an allowlist for external hosts, activate the toggle. With the following list you can maintain the list of allowed external URLs.
External host allowlist	Allow list of external hosts. A connection is allowed to the hosts shown in this list. Enter external hosts like e.g. `usu.com` or `www.usu.com` into the text field and click Add. Delete a host with the .

You have the following options:

Show profile	Defines the visibility of the menuitem Profile in the header menu
Data privacy URL	Changes the URL of the Data privacy link in the user menu.
Legal notice URL	Changes the URL of the Legal notice link in the user menu.

Enter the desired data and click Save.

To cancel editing and not save the changes, click on Discard changes.
