Design a portal page
Configure the general page settings.
To add a dashlet, drag and drop the dashlet from the dashlet catalog.
Customize your dashlets:
Dashlet settings
Copy the dashlet description.
Display on a tile
Show content on a tile.
Drawer with
Drawer width in percent (in relation to the portal page)
Refresh Enabled
Enable or disable automatic dashlet refresh
Refresh every x seconds
If automatic update is enabled, enter the desired time frame (in seconds) here.
Enabled on
Defines on which device the dashlet can be displayed:
ALL: The dashlet is visible on all devices.
MOBILE: The dashlet is only visible on mobile devices.
DESKTOP: The dashlet is only on desktops.
Clickable on
Defines on which device the dashlet is clickable:
ALL: The dashlet is clickable on all devices.
MOBILE: The dashlet is only clickable on mobile devices.
DESKTOP: The dashlet is only clickable ondesktops.
Allowed roles
Defines the page permissions. The roles entered define who can see the portal page.
In addition you have the following options and information available:
Delete the dashlet from the portal page.
Optional: Displays informational warnings about a dashlet by mouse-over
Change position
Drag and drop a dashlet to adjust the position
Resize
To resize the dashlet on the portal page, right-click the bottom right corner of the dashlet and drag the dashlet to the desired size.
Click on Save to save your portal page.
