General page configuration
Page title
When creating a page, the page title must be specified. This page title corresponds to the ID and the unique technical name in the JSON configuration.
Notice
The page title cannot be edited using the page designer.
Settings
In this section, you will find the general page settings. Click on this icon to adjust the settings of the page.
Caption | Define a caption. To add additional language versions of the caption, click on |
Title visibility | Defines if the page title should be displayed or not. |
Description | Add a page description. To add additional language versions of the caption, click on |
Comment | Add a comment. |
Background image | Add a background image to the page. It is possible to show only part of the image by setting the height. To upload or browse images open minio via Toolkit > Open minio. In the image library you can choose the image for the background and enter the file name in the text field. |
Background height | The height defines the row up to which the background image is visible. |
Background color | Define the background color of the page. You can use strings, e. g. "red" or "white" or HEX color codes. |
Enabled on | Defines on which device the portal page can be displayed: |
Allowed roles | Defines the page permissions. The roles entered define who can see the portal page. |
In addition you can add a KFirst widget or Chatbot to your portal page.
Important
You configure either the KFirst Widget or Chatbot per portal page.
The KFirst Widget can include the Chatbot.
You can switch between tab KFirst and Chatbot.
Here you have the following options:
ID | (Technical) ID of the KFirst widget or Chatbot You can select the technical ID via drop down. |
Enabled on | Defines on which device the KFirst widget or Chatbot can be displayed: |
Allowed roles | Defines the page permissions. The roles entered define who can see the KFirst widget or the Chatbot. |
In the upper right corner you can switch between Mobile and Desktop view by clicking on the corresponding button.
Notice
This view will not open a simulation, how the page will look like on a mobile device. It will just simulate what will be visible on Mobile or Desktop.
