Offer list

Offer list displays the pool of existing offers. It provides filtering and searching capabilities. New offers can also be created in the list.

The pool of existing offers. Offers are listed with several attributes directly visible: offer name, description, price, category and creation date.

Selecting an offer in the list displays its details in the detail tab on the right. The selected offer is by default displayed in the read mode.

Use the status column to get an overview of offer statuses.

Sort the list, the following sorting is available:

  • Date created- new to old (default sorting)

  • Date created - old to new

  • Name - ascending

  • Name - descending

  • Date changed - new to old

  • Date changed - old to new

Click Show filter to open the Filter offers dialog. Use the dialog to specify filtering of the offer list.

Use the Create offer button to create a new offer.

Operations in a filtered offer list

If the offer list is currently filtered, you will notice the following changes:

Filtering is indicated by the number of applied filtering criteria being displayed by the Show filter button. Click the button to open the Filter offers dialog and see the filter criteria. Use the dialog to modify the criteria, if needed.

Click Reset all filters to clear the filtering and display an unfiltered list again.

The offers count displays the filtered / unfiltered list items ratio.
