Find existing offers

1. Click the Sort by drop down at the top right-hand of the list and select from the four currently available sorting modes: Date created - new to old, Date created - old to new, Name - ascending, Name - descending

2. Additionally, you can use the Go to top / Go to bottom commands to move quickly between the two positions.

To filter the list by one or more predefined significant attributes:

1. Click the Show filter button at the top of the list.

2. The Filter offers dialog gets displayed at the right of the window. Select values for one or more filtering attributes:

   1. Status - list only offers in selected statuses: In Preparation, Active, Inactive

      Note: Status In Preparation is automatically assigned to a newly created offer which has not been activated yet.

      Recommendation status - choose to list only recommended offers or not recommended offers (or both).

   2. Category - list only offers belonging to the selected category / categories.

      - The drop down lists all existing 3rd level categories.

      - Both active and inactive categories are available.

      - Multiple categories can be selected.

   3. Quantity - filter offers according to their quantity relevance: relevant, not relevant

      Example: set Quantity: Not relevant to list only offers specified as Quantity not relevant.

   4. One time price /Periodical price

      Filter offers according to their relevance for one time and/or periodical price: relevant, not relevant

      Example: set Periodical price: Relevant to list only offers with periodical price specified.

   5. Process key /Item type

      Filter offers according to their requesting and fulfillment attributes.

   6. Request method - filter offers according to their request method (requesting directly versus via the cart)

   7. External link - choose to list only offers which contain or do not contain an external link (or both).

3. Click Apply filter to filter the list.

   Note that if you filter the list while an offer is being modified, the recent changes will be lost. In such case a confirmation dialog gets displayed before applying the filter.

   When the list is filtered, the offers count displays a filtered / unfiltered list items ratio. Filtering is also indicated by the number of applied filtering criteria being displayed by the Show filter button.

   Click the Show filter button to open the Filter offers dialog again and see or modify the filter criteria,

4. Click Reset all filters at the top of the offer list to clear the filtering and display an unfiltered list again.

   Note: If only one filtering criteria is currently used, the reset button is labelled Reset filter.

1. Type one or more search terms in the search box at the top of the list.

   Offer names and short descriptions are searched, the search is performed in the OR fashion.

2. Press Enter to initiate the search.

3. Click the cross symbol at the right of the search field to clear the search and display all offers again.
