Specify price

An offer can be priced with a one time price, a periodical price or their combination. Offers with no price specified are labeled as Price not relevant. Price relevance is used as one of offer list filtering attributes.

Offer prices are always given in the Shop default currency - Euro. It is possible to set up the Shop for use of additional currencies, which makes it possible to use multiple currencies within individual offers. This topic covers price specification in the default currency. See the Price in multiple currencies topic for pricing of multi-currency offers,

To specify offer price:

  1. Open the offer in offer detail and switch to the edit mode.

  2. Expand the Prices section.

  3. To specify a one time price:

    1. Switch the One time price toggle control to Yes.

    2. A One time price field dynamically displays. Fill in the price.

When the One time price toggle is set to Yes, one time price value is mandatory.

  4. To specify a periodical price:

    1. Switch the Periodical price toggle control to Yes.

    2. Fields Periodical price and Period dynamically display. Fill in the periodical price value and select one of the available payment periods (hourly, daily, weekly, etc.)

Use a combination of one time and periodical price with offers for which both apply (down payment plus installments, hardware payment plus maintenance, etc.)

  5. Click Update offer at the top of Offer detail to save the changes.
