Navigation via keyboard
can be used to its full extent without the need to use computer mouse or another tracking device. This feature is relevant for:
People with physical disabilities who cannot use a mouse.
People with visual impairment who cannot see the mouse pointer on the screen.
People with chronic conditions, such as repetitive stress injuries (RSI), who should limit or avoid the use of a mouse.
Use the following keys to navigate in the shop:
Use the key to move focus to the next element in the screen. | |
Use to move focus freely between elements in a functional area (menus, dropdown lists etc.) In lists in the overview tab (e.g. the My requests list):

Use the key to activate the focused element, to confirm a selection or typed input. In lists in the overview tab, use (or ) to open the list item in the detail tab. | |
Use to open dropdown lists, open hyperlinks, toggle check boxes, increase/decrease values in focused fields. |

Use browser zoom to enlarge the page content. To accommodate the proportionally larger screen elements, the Shop user interface will dynamically switch to the mobile-responsive mode.
