View your requests

You can see all requests you have made listed in the My requests page.

To view your requests:

  1. Go to the Homepage.

  2. Inspect the My requests widget. The widget displays the two most current requests you have submitted.

  3. From the widget you can open the My requests page listing all your requests.

    1. Click a request in the widget to open the My requests page with the clicked request selected and its content displayed.

    2. Click the more requests link at the bottom of the widget to open the My requests page with no request preselected.

  4. Use the My requests page to examine your already submitted requests.

    1. Select a request in the list to display its content in the right-hand side of the page.

    2. To see full request details, open its details page by clicking the name of the request in the right-hand request content section. Note, however, that it will not be possible to change the configuration as the request has already been submitted.

In the My requests page you can search and filter the requests list, and examine all your previously submitted requests.

Search for requests

  1. Type one or more search terms in the search field at the top of the My requests list,

  2. Press enter to initiate the search.. The list gets filtered to contain only requests containing the search terms.

  3. To clear the search and display all your requests again, click the cross symbol at the right of the search field.

Filter the requests list

  1. Click Show filter at the top of the requests list. The My requests filter dialog opens.

  2. Use the dialog to specify filter criteria. You can filter the list by request status, price and creation date.

  3. Click Apply filter. The dialog closes and the requests list gets filtered by the specified criteria.

    • Filtering of the list is indicated by the number of applied filtering criteria displayed by the Show filter button.

    • To change the filter criteria, click the Show filter button again. The filter dialog opens. Use it to modify the criteria and click Apply filter.

  4. To clear the filtering and display an unfiltered list again, click Reset all filters at the top of the filtered requests list.

    Note: If only one filtering criteria is currently used, the reset button is labelled Reset filter.

Examine your requests

  1. Select a request in the list to display its content in the right-hand side of the page.

  2. To examine the request in detail, click the name of individual request items listed in the right-hand side. The clicked request item gets opened in a Details view. Note, however, that it will not be possible to change the configuration as the request has already been submitted.
